Shipping & Returns

Online Sales Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased on westlakedermatology.com, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund of the cost of the item(s)*. Shipping fees will be refunded only on orders that the original item(s) were damaged. All other shipping fees are non-refundable.

* The item must contain at least 3/4 of the original product. We cannot accept returns on makeup products.

Prior authorization is required on all returns. We cannot accept any return without prior authorization. To obtain authorization for a refund, please email customerservice@westlakedermatology.com.

If returning merchandise, you must include all parts, pieces, and printed material in order to be eligible for a refund. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Westlake Dermatology.

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed.

Shipping & Handling Policy

Notice: Westlake Dermatology orders are still being shipped daily. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it may take up to 5-7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

We offer free USPS first-class or priority shipping on all continental US and Hawaii orders. 

At this time, we are only able to ship orders within the continental United States and Hawaii. All orders are shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, or Fedex, depending on the shipping method you select during checkout. You have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery if desired. Orders will be shipped after processing, credit card authorization, and address verification are completed.

Please note that orders are shipped Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Order Status / Tracking

You will be asked to enter an email address when placing an order. An email notification will be sent to this address as any of the following events occur:

*An order is processed.
*An order is shipped.
*An order has been cancelled.
*An order has been returned.

Once your order has left our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc.) that may provide additional tracking information until your order is delivered. You may request this tracking number by sending a request to CustomerService@westlakedermatology.com.
